The 2024 Formula One circus rolls into Europe in May and it's not just the cars that need drivers.
Pontem Group have FIVE European assignments for HGV Class 1 trunkers and shunters between May and August this year with numerous opportunities available for each race weekend. We're covering the breadth of Europe taking in Italy, Monaco, Spain, Austria, Great Britain, Hungary, Belgium and Holland before returning to Italy in August.
A multi-billion dollar industry such as F1 requires the best possible people to make everything run like clockwork. Our drivers will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of some serious kit including cars, engines, safety equipment and anything else you might see on a stroll around the paddock.
23rd June - 2nd July 2024 - Spain > Austria > Great Britain (Assignments 2 & 3)
- Trunkers and Shunters required
- Single driver crews required for 3 days- 23rd-25th June / 30th June-2nd July
- Double driver crews required for full trip
20th - 23rd July 2024 - Hungary > Belgium
- Trunkers and Shunters required
- Double driver crews required for full trip
25th - 28th August 2024 - Holland > Italy
- Trunkers and Shunters required
- Double driver crews required for full trip
Experience and Requirements
- A flexible approach and positive attitude are absolutely essential
- European driving experience is preferred but not essential
What is on offer
All flights and hotels are paid for. All driver's will be flying to and from the race destination. The rate of pay is £150 a day. You will be paid for the duration of trip whilst you will only be required to drive for a maximum of 2-3 days.
